These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the QuizlyGo mobile application (the "App") operated by QuizlyGo ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Service Description
QuizlyGo is an AI-powered quiz generation platform that allows you to:
- Upload documents (PDF, DOCX) or paste text to automatically generate interactive quizzes
- Play quizzes in personal mode with scoring and history tracking
- Create and share group quizzes with a unique code for collaborative learning
- Export quiz results as CSV (Pro plan only)
2. User Accounts
To use QuizlyGo, you must create an account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and current information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. A maximum of 2 accounts per device is enforced for email sign-ups.
3. Subscription Tiers & Billing
QuizlyGo offers two subscription tiers:

Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing, renewals, and cancellations follow the respective store's policies. When you upgrade from Free to Pro, your existing usage for the current month is counted against the Pro limit. When you downgrade, you retain at minimum the Free tier quota for the remainder of the billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload, generate, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Is sexually explicit or promotes violence
- Attempts to manipulate or exploit the AI quiz generation system
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to block content generation and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
5. Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain ownership of the quizzes generated from your source material. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the source material you upload is legally obtained and does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Our service: The QuizlyGo app, its design, features, and underlying technology are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Quizzes are generated using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You should review all generated quizzes before use, especially in educational settings. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated quiz content.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App. We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
Upon termination, your access to the App will cease, and your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuizlyGo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are designed to comply with generally accepted international standards, including GDPR principles where applicable. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established.
